The GMC Terrain made its debut in the GCC as a 2018 model year. Under the hood, it gets two 4-cylinder engines choices, either a 1.5-litre or a 2.0-litre, both of which has been turbocharged. Both engines get a 9-speed automatic transmission. Standard features on the base SLE model are power windows, power mirrors, central locking, keyless entry with engine push start, HID headlamps with LED daytime running lamps, fog lamps, single-zone AC, rear AC vents, infotainment system with 7-inch screen, rear park assist and 17-inch alloy wheels. The SLT model gets additional remote start, rear view camera, front & rear park assist, optional panoramic sunroof, 6-way power driver seat, automatic A/C, optional 18-inch alloy wheels, infotainment system with 8-inch touchscreen display with navigation, 6-speaker audio system and leather seats.
