Faulty fuel gauge and jammed parking brake apparently fixed by software upgrade. Reports of random loose trim, particularly around windows and other cabin pieces. Random untraceable vibrations reported. Some report electrically-adjustable steering column failing. Early models have various small problems, such as sticking fuel-filler door, key stuck in ignition, car refusing to lock, and oil leaks occurring on the 3.2-litre engine at the timing chain upper covers and from camshaft sealing plugs, fixed by new sealant and plugs. Some report corrupt navigation DVD. In first-year models, ABS may activate unnecessarily under normal braking due to cracks in tone wheels. Faulty power windows, broken fuel gauges and busted boot-lid struts being reported even on brand new cars. HID headlights flicker due to oxidation entering poorly-sealed lights, and generally not covered under warranty.
