2022 Volvo S90

The Volvo S90 debuted as an all-new model in 2017, introduced to compete in the premium midsize luxury segment. The new S90 adopts Volvo's latest corporate look from the XC90, and a clean rear featuring elongated taillights and dual exhaust tips. The 2021 Volvo S90 got a facelift along with some interior updates. In the GCC, the only petrol engine on offer was a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder mild-hybrid engine, mated to an 8-speed automatic. Interior features include the usual leather, wood and aluminium trim choices and power accessories as well as a portrait-style multimedia touchscreen. Volvo is incorporating ‘Pilot Assist’ as a standard feature that will track lane-markings on the road, and accelerate, brake and steer at speeds up to 128 kph depending on obstacles. Other safety features include the City Safety pedestrian-braking system, ESP, ABS, blind-spot monitor, tyre-pressure monitor, anti-whiplash headrests and a full set of airbags.
