The GWM Tank 300 is one of the most talked-about new off-road SUVs in the region, offering proper 4x4 capability with a retro design and premium cabin at a relatively accessible price point. The regular Tank 300 comes with a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine producing 224 hp and 387 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic. The Tank 300 HEV upgrades this setup with an electric motor, delivering a massive 342 hp combined and an impressive 648 Nm of torque through a 9-speed hybrid automatic (9HAT).
