2006 Suzuki Liana

The Liana is pitched into the ultra-competitive compact segment. It was introduced as a 2002 model, and mildly facelifted for 2005. The only model offered here is the 1.6-litre four-cylinder version with either a manual or an automatic. It can be fully equipped with air-conditioning, ABS brakes, dual airbags, CD stereo, full electrics, keyless entry and an engine immobiliser. The interior has undergone a respectable makeover, with a new quality look, new materials and better bolstered front seats. Front seat occupants will enjoy the airy cabin. The seats are supportive and well contoured, and even rear passengers are not lacking for headroom or legroom. The high seating position contributes to good visibility. The luggae trunk is not particularly roomy, but split-fold rear seats allow more load space.
