Overview
An all-new Skoda Octavia came out in 2014 in the GCC. It got a facelift for the 2018 model. Compared to its predecessor, the Octavia has grown significantly in length and width. The new model is 90 mm longer and 45 mm wider than the second-generation Skoda Octavia. At the same time, the wheelbase has grown by 108 mm, mainly benefiting the interior and space on the rear seats. In 2017, there are two 4-cylinder turbocharged engines to choose from, the 1.4-litre and the 1.8-litre, both mated to a 7-speed DSG gearbox. The base Octavia Ambition model comes with 16-inch steel wheels, fabric interior, rear mud flaps, automatic A/C, electric adjustable, heated & foldable door mirrors, electric windows, parking sensors, radio with CD player and MP3 support, 4 speakers, remote central locking, fog lights and front & side front airbags.
