Overview
An all-new Lincoln Navigator debuted for 2018, still a rebodied version of the new-for-2018 Ford Expedition. The new Navigator makes extensive use of high-strength aluminium-alloy to lose weight while offering more space inside. In 2023, it got a slight changes to the front end design as well as some updates to the interior and safety tech. Power continues to be provided by an uprated twin-turbo V6 and mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission, similar to the Ford F-150 Raptor. The top 2024 Lincoln Navigator model is known as the Signature. Inside, both front seats feature heating/cooling/massaging functions and are adjustable in 30 ways. Rear seats have a recline function. Available rear-seat entertainment features include 10-inch adjustable screens. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are part of the standard SYNC 4 touchscreen system, along with navigation, Bluetooth, phone, etc. A total of 28 speakers with the optional Revel II audio system can create distinct listening modes...

Known Problems
In the US, there was a recall for the collision assist which can't be enabled. Few owners reported clanking noise from the transmission when shifting to Drive, touchscreen which may not sense the touch, center armrest squeaking, side mirrors making a clicking noise when changing position, and A/C controls freeze which requires restarting the vehicle to operate again.
