The Lexus RX continues its grip on womenly drivers everywhere, with a new design for 2010 that isn't a radical change compared to the outgoing model. The RX 350 still comes with only one engine, namely a 3.5-litre V6 with VVT-i variable valve timing, mated to a 6-speed automatic and all-wheel-drive platform.
