2014 BMW 2 Series Convertible

Replacing the awkward-looking 1-Series Coupe, the BMW 2-Series made its debut as a 2014 model year. Variants sold in the GCC include the 220i and the M235i. The 220i convertible comes with a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder, mated to an 8-speed automatic. The M235i convertible comes with a 3.0-litre turbocharged 6-cylinder, again with an 8-speed auto. The 2-Series will be offered in basic, Sport Line, Modern Line and the M Sport trim. The M235i only comes in M Sport trim. The cabin also features a few upholstery and trim choices unique to the Sport Line. The M Sport gets retuned suspension and sits 10 mm lower, riding on unique lightweight 18-inch alloy wheels.
