Overview
The Alfa Romeo Giulia is the Italian automakers resurrected compact sedan offering since the discontinuation of the 159 in 2011. It further happens to be the first car based on a longitudinal-engined rear-wheel-drive platform from Alfa in over two decades. Confining its front-wheel-drive predecessors to history, and based on an entirely new concept and platform, the Giulia is quite a looker, with a powerful engine and great features. In 2020, the Giulia got slight changes, especially the interior with more upgraded tech and materials. There are three trims namely -- Giulia, Giulia Super, and Giulia Veloce. All models are offered with a turbocharged 2.0-litre four cylinder engine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, but with 200 hp and rear-wheel-drive layout in the basic and 'Super' trims, and with 280 hp and all-wheel-drive layout in the 'Veloce' trim.
