Overview
The Volvo V70 is a midsize station wagon available in a few GCC countries. Currently only the V70 Comfort is sold here with the turbocharged 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Standard equipment in the car include power mirrors, power windows, AM/FM radio with CD player, foldable three-split rear seats and alloy wheels. Volvo, never to compromise on safety, has driver, passenger, side and curtain airbags as standard, along with WHIPS whiplash protection. Luggage space is quite big thanks to its upright shape. In this region, the V70 is sadly relegated largely to taxi duties.
