2002 Volvo S60

The S60 is tuned to be a sports sedan, but though it is betrayed by a front-wheel-drive chassis, it looks like a sleek sports coupe from afar. The interior is fairly spacious even with the swooping roofline, and it offers more of a midsize package than a compact one, even though it is occassionally pitted against smaller German rivals in comparisons. For the Middle East market, there were four powerplants from 2001 up to 2003. These include a basic 2.4-litre, a 2.0-litre turbo and a 2.4-litre turbo for the run-of-the-mill S60 sedan models, and a higher-tuned 2.3-litre turbo for the sporty front-wheel-drive T5. All engines are five-cylinder, and have an automatic with tiptronic, although some can be had with a manual too.
