Overview
The Seat Exeo is based on an older Audi A4 platform. The compact sedan comes in four different engines - two 1.8-litre 4-cylinder and a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder, all of which are turbocharged. All engines are mated to a CVT. However, most local dealers are currently only bringing in the 2.0-litre engine, similar to the one found in the Volkswagen Golf GTI. Even a lot of interior bits are shared with the previous-generation Audi A4. Basic options include power windows, power seats, power mirrors, electric power steering, AM/FM radio with USB/MP3 and AUX support. Safety features include ABS, low tyre-pressure monitor, Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and Emergency Brake Assist (EBA). Six airbags is standard on all models.
