The Mini Paceman is just a 3-door chopped-top version of the Countryman. Under the bonnet are the same 1.6-litre engines that power the smaller Minis, with Cooper and Cooper S variants, all with a 6-speed automatic gearbox. All-wheel-drive is optional on the Cooper S variant. A John Cooper Works model is also available, with lowered sports suspension as well as 18-inch and 19-inch alloy wheel options. Options include various CD/MP3 audio and navigation systems, a panoramic glass roof, adaptive HID headlights, towbar, and alloy wheels from 16-inch to 19-inch in size, as well as a range of John Cooper Works performance accessories. Safety features include front and side-curtain airbags, stability control, and ABS with electronic brake-force distribution.
