2016 Mazda 3 Sedan

This generation Mazda 3, which came to the GCC in 2015, is slightly longer in height and length than the previous generation. The exterior of the Mazda 3 got the new Mazda "KODO" treatment, their new trademark design at the time. For 2016, there were no changes. The compact sedan came with two engine choices in the GCC, a 1.6-litre 4-cylinder motor with a 4-speed automatic and a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder unit with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Mechanical features include independent suspension, disc brakes, electric power steering and an all-new platform unrelated to the Ford Focus, unlike before.
