The Ranger pickup range will appeal to customers who are looking for a basic work truck, although it can be optioned up with luxury-car equipment as well. Completely redesigned and enlarged for 2012 and sharing its platform with Mazda, the Ranger is a midsize pickup that can be had in either rear-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive form.
