Chevrolet Aveo5 2010 Bahrain Prices & Specs

The redesigned Aveo5 five-door hatchback went on sale in the Middle East in the summer of 2008. The redesign itself is nothing more than a facelift, featuring a gaping new grille and new tail-lights. The overall design is closer to the first-generation Aveo than it is to the second-generation Aveo sedan. The Aveo5 is powered by a 1.4-litre 4-cylinder engine and it is available with either the 4-speed automatic or 5-speed manual transmission. The Aveo5 is rather roomy inside for its size, and the luggage compartment has a capacity of 220 litres. If more room is needed, the rear bench can be folded down, increasing loading space to 980 litres. Available in two trims LS and LT, all Aveo5 models come with many safety and comfort features, including driver and passenger airbags, MP3 capable CD/radio with auxiliary inputs, and variable-speed windscreen wipers. The higher equipment level of the LS includes additional features such as tinted glass and front power windows as standard. Options for the Aveo LS include 15-inch aluminum wheels replacing standard 14-inch rims, on-board computer, remote keyless entry and an interior beige trim. ABS brakes are optional on all trims.
