Completely different from the model it replaces, the new-for-2010 Cadillac SRX is a midsize crossover 4x4 based on a front-wheel-drive platform. The new range started off in the GCC with a 3.0-litre V6, mated to a 6-speed automatic with paddle-shifting functions and all-wheel-drive. Even the base model is generously loaded, with a limited-slip differential, common power accessories, 18-inch wheels, LED tail lamps, chrome roof rails, 8-speaker Bose CD/MP3 stereo with AUX port, dual-zone a/c with rear vents and controls, cruise control, keyless entry, power-adjustable pedals, power-adjustable front seats and a leatherette interior.
