The Alfa Romeo Stelvio is the automaker's first ever SUV, based on the Guilia platform and only sitting a little higher off the ground. In 2020, the Stelvio got a slight facelift, while the interior was upgraded with better quality materials. From 2023, only the Stelvio Veloce trim was available.

The Alfa Romeo Stelvio 2026 is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-litre engine, paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, and a rear-wheel biased all-wheel-drive system. Features in the Alfa Romeo Stelvio 2026 include 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 7-inch TFT instrument cluster display, ventilated electrically-adjustable front seats with memory function, power tailgate, automatic headlamps with auto high beam, auto rain sensing wipers, auto dual-zone air conditioner, keyless entry with push start button, and up to 3 selectable drive modes.
