A new generation Nissan X-Trail debuted in the GCC in 2023. Featuring a completely revised exterior and interior, it gets a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine mated to a CVT gearbox. In the 2025 Nissan X-Trail S, the base model trim is front-wheel-drive, but all other trim levels, SV and SL, are all-wheel-drive with an electronic 4x4 lock feature. There's a choice of 5-seater and 7-seater layouts.

Standard features in the Nissan X-trail 2025 include power windows, power steering, electric mirrors, black/gray fabric seats, keyless entry with central locking, manual A/C with rear vents, AM/FM radio with CD/USB/AUX, Bluetooth, two 12-volt DC power outlets, 4 speakers, cruise control, rear parking sensors, auto headlights, LED headlamps and taillamps, daytime running lamps and 17-inch alloy wheels.
