An all new Porsche Cayenne came out for 2018. In 2023, the Cayenne got a slight refresh for the exterior, with the interior getting some updates. The variants initially available were the Cayenne, Cayenne S and Cayenne Turbo. The entry-level 2024 Porsche Cayenne gets a 3.0-litre turbocharged V6 engine. The Cayenne S gets a new 2.9-litre turbo V6. The Cayenne Turbo gets a 4.0-litre turbocharged V8 engine. Later on, an E-Hybrid model joined the lineup which got a 3.0-litre turbocharged V6 engine combined to an electric motor. In 2021, the Cayenne GTS was added, getting a 4.0-litre turbocharged V8 motor. All engines get an 8-speed automatic transmission. Porsche updated the interior of the Cayenne by doing away with many buttons and by replacing them with a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a few touch-capacitive controls.
