The GMC Hummer EV marks the return of the Hummer nameplate as a fully electric “supertruck,” available in both pickup and SUV body styles. Developed as a halo model for GMC, it combines extreme off-road hardware with supercar-like acceleration, positioning itself as one of the most powerful production EVs on sale.

Performance & Power

The Hummer EV Pickup produces up to 1,000 hp in top specifications, while the SUV delivers up to 830 hp. Both variants use a tri-motor electric setup in their highest trims, enabling all-wheel drive and torque vectoring.

A standout feature is “Watts to Freedom” (WTF) mode, a launch control system that allows the Pickup to accelerate from 0–60 mph in approximately 3 seconds, while the SUV achieves the same sprint in around 3.5 seconds, remarkable figures for vehicles of this size and weight.
