Al Hamrani United Company hands Nissan Maxima to Saudi MBC1 winner

Mr. Mohamad Ali Al Hajj, from Saudi Arabia, recently received his 2010 Maxima, Nissan’s new four door sports car. He won the car in a competition organised by Nissan on the top-rated GCC Arabic language soccer show ‘Sada Al Malaeb’ of MBC1 in October.

The Nissan Maxima is the flagship sedan in the GCC. The car was handed over to Al Hajj by Abualhassan Hamied, Marketing Manager, Al Jabr Trading Company, Nissan’s main dealer in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ceremony was held at the company’s new branch in Alhassa, Hafuf. Al Hajj is one of three winners in the competition.

Hirotaka Mima, Passenger Vehicle Brand Manager at Nissan Middle East, said: “We are thrilled by the great response this competition has created in the region. Soccer has been the ideal fit for a dynamic brand like Nissan, and the Maxima is a perfect prize for viewers of Sada Al Malaeb”. The all-new 2010 Maxima – which recently went on sale at Nissan retailers across the GCC – has been designed as the first premium four-door sports car (4DSC) that is unique in both appearance and driving feel. Al Hamrani United Co. is Nissan’s sole distributor in Saudi Arabia.
