Nissan Middle East launches safety site

Following the successful introduction of its printed Nissan Safety Booklet, Nissan Middle East is launching the “Be Safe with Nissan” interactive micro site across the Middle East region today. The micro site is based on a comic book and animated film with the intent of reminding kids about the importance of following road safety rules and best practices that help avoid accidents.

“With 70% of our region’s population under 30 years of age we are confident initiatives like this one will resonate with web-literate kids across the Middle East”, commented Monal Zeidan, General Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications at Nissan Middle East. “This tri-language micro site has been designed to appeal to primary school children and with its fun-to-use content enables us promote and instill an early understanding of road safety awareness” he concluded.

The ‘Be Safe with Nissan’ micro site can be read in English, Arabic and French languages and uses illustrated, colorful pictures that help school children absorb important messages. The links within the site allow browsers to enjoy reading the electronic version of the Nissan Safety Booklet and complete the electronic puzzle and colouring book.
