Mini Cooper John Cooper Works convertible in the GCC
The 2009 Mini John Cooper Works Cabrio, an upgraded version of the Cooper S Convertible, is now available in GCC countries.
Powered by a turbocharged 4-cylinder 1.6-litre engine, output is raised to 211 hp and 280 Nm of torque. The JCW convertible accelerates from zero to 100 kph in 6.9 seconds, reaching a top speed of 235 kph.
Options include a wide variety of paintwork colours, interior trim options, seat upholstery, interior colours and trim variants, as well as “Flame Spoke” light alloy rims, bonnet stripes and sports suspension.
Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including Dynamic Traction Control (DTC) comes as standard. With a sports button, the driver can activate a special gas pedal control map for more direct response.
In-car entertainment on the MINI John Cooper Works includes a 6.5-inch Thin Film Transistor (TFT) colour display with optional navigation system and an AUX port featured as standard to play music recorded on an MP3 player through the audio system. A special interface for complete integration of an Apple iPod is also available as an accessory, in addition to a Bluetooth interface and USB port.

Minis are overcomplicated & overpriced cars.. Id rather buy a 2nd hand bmw 3series instead..

i do like minis but they’re expensive and i am not in the market for a small car.
for me its either a D-seg car or an SUV.
