2016 Nissan Sentra facelift revealed
Nissan has officially revealed the 2016 Sentra facelift at the 2015 LA Auto Show. Looking at the exterior design, the Sentra now shares a similar front fascia with the new Maxima and Altima.
The 2016 Sentra gets a revised hood, new front fenders, and restyled 16 and 17-inch alloy wheels. The rear gets a new bumper and new boomerang-shaped taillights. The sportier SR versions gets extended side skirts, a rear spoiler, 17-inch alloy wheels, fog lights and a chrome exhaust tip.
The interior also gets an upgrade with a new centre console, a revised shifter, new steering wheel, higher quality seat fabrics and a revised instrument cluster with a higher resolution LCD display.
New safety technologies have been added which include new centre console, a revised shifter and a steering wheel inspired by the one on the 370Z. The sedan also boasts higher-quality seat fabrics and a revised instrument cluster with a higher resolution LCD display.
The power steering has been optimised and the suspension has apparently been retuned with stiffer springs and dampers.
Engine options will remain the same. The GCC currently gets two 4-cylinder engines — the 113 hp 1.6-litre and the 130 hp 1.8-litre, mated to a CVT.
The 2016 Nissan Sentra should come to the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries late next year.

Oddly even though the changes are minor the interior looks a lot more pleasing now. At least in those colors.
