2016 Toyota Camry launched in KSA, Bahrain, Oman, next week in UAE
Toyota have officially launched the 2016 Camry in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman, and is set to arrive in the UAE sometime next week.
The new Camry gets a whole new design, as well as minor engine upgrades. The 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine now produces about 181 hp and about 235 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. It also gets a new electric power steering which supposedly improves the feel and feedback. Two new exterior colours has been added – dark blue and light blue.
On the inside, it gets a new centre console and 4.2-inch touch screen.
There’s a new Camry XSE model added to the lineup, which will get a more aggressive front grille, LED headlights and integrated LED daytime running lamps in the bumper. It will also get sporty 17-inch alloy wheels and an optional dual exhaust system.
Keep track of the latest prices and updates in the Toyota Camry buyer guide.

Looks good, sort of a smaller Avalon.

Looks A LOT better than the current version which looks ridiculously cheap.
From the rear, I see some impression of the Lexus ES series and some Honda Accord too.

the only difference in the Aussie v American version is the interior.. apparently they used much high grade materials on the US version.
