19-car pile-up in Abu Dhabi fog

On Saturday, three people were injured in an accident on the Abu Dhabi-Al Ain road which involved 19 cars. The accident was caused due to low visibility from thick fog.

Also a truck carrying nine camels overturned in the collision, resulting in the death of one camel and causing serious injuries to two others.

In the past few days, thick fog has been falling in the early hours of the morning, heavily reducing visibility on the roads. This incident comes a day after a fatal accident involving three cars, which resulted in the death of two people and injury to seven others.
