So we got a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT
This is it. The car that melds your muscle-car fantasies with your practicality needs. The 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT is expensive, but with performance that keeps up with all sorts of overpriced German SUVs, it’s a relative bargain.
The SRT-branded Grand Cherokee still remains one of the most aggressive-looking SUVs on the market, more street-rod than offroad-rig, even after the facelift for 2014.
Inside, it gets a top-spec interior with stitched-leatherette surfaces and beefy front seats, as well as the updated UConnect multimedia system.
And it’s just as practical inside as any 4×4, with a sizeable boot.
The Grand Cherokee SRT offers whopping performance, obviously, but the real kicker is that it can take on corners as well. Spotting the overhyped “Camelopardalids” meteor shower last Friday was a bust, but at least we got to ride a meteor that night anyway. More in the full review.
