Lamborghini Murcielago LP 650-4 Roadster unveiled
Adding to the exhaustive portfolio of Murcielago variants, Lamborghini has unveiled the limited edition Murciélago LP 650-4 Roadster, with a chopped-off roof and an upgraded engine.
The Roadster version of the Murciélago will offer an uprated 650 hp 6.5-litre V12 engine with 660 Nm of torque, mated to an all-wheel-drive system, thereby gaining the LP 650-4 moniker. It can manage the 0-100 kph run in 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 330 kph.
Only 50 units of this special edition will be produced, with the gaudy ‘Grigio Telesto’ paintjob that combines grey bodywork with orange highlights. A transparent engine cover shows off the V12 engine behind the driver. The interior features alcantara, leather and more cheesy orange trim.
Pricing is unknown, but expect a few to hit the streets of Dubai soon, through official GCC dealers and grey-import used car showrooms.
