2013 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster revealed

The new 2013 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster was officially released. Unlike the fabric roof in the Murcielago Roadster, it features a hard top, which weighs less than 6 kgs and can apparently be removed by hand in just a few seconds.

The 6.5-litre V12 naturally-aspirated engine in the Roadster is the same as the one found in the coupe, featuring a stop/start system, cylinder deactivation and a seven-speed automatic transmission. The engine produces 690 hp and 690 Nm which helps it reach 0-100 kph in three seconds, and has a top speed of 349 kph.

The Roadster will get an exclusive set of wheels, a set of 20-inch alloys in the front and 21-inches at the back. Be sure to see the new Roadster in the streets of Dubai, Saudi Arabia and GCC in the near future.
