SRT Viper GTS Launch Edition revealed

Street & Racing Technology, commonly known as SRT, the tuning arm within the Chrysler Group, has revealed the all-new 2013 limited-edition SRT Viper GTS Launch Edition.

The Viper GTS Launch Edition, with its GTS Blue paint and dual bright-white stripes, is a distinct model reminiscent of the past launches of the Dodge Viper Coupe back in 1996 and 2006. Complete with a serialized dash plaque to increase collectability, the Viper GTS Launch Edition will boast a Black Laguna leather-clad interior with contrast stitching. The powertrain remains the same as that of the regular SRT Viper, with a naturally-aspirated front-mid-engine 8.4-litre V10 motor delivering 640 hp and 810 Nm of torque.

Chrysler has not given a clue on how many of this limited-edition SRT Viper GTS Launch Editions will be manufactured. There is no word on the price tag either.
